ok well if it's what i think it is then you can go to all the like apps or application on your computer or laptop and it should say tablet propertys somewhere so click on that and it should open up a tab it should have a scale that says softness and hardness somewhere in that tab and if you move the line on the scale that it should fix it if it doesn't try keeping the tab open and moving it around and it should change to pen pressure , sorry if i was wrong but a similar thing happened to me and i wanted to try to help. Also sorry if my explanation is bad
